Dentistry for Lake Forest

We are four minutes from western Lake Forest, straight up El Toro Road. For a lot of Lake Forest families that is closer than the practice they currently drive to. It turns out to matter more than anything else on this page.

How long is the drive?

• From Lake Center Drive, about four minutes up El Toro Road.
• From Baker Ranch, allow ten.
• From Foothill Ranch, allow ten to twelve.

No freeway at any point. Street parking is free and there are free spaces behind the building. The parking structure charges, so most people skip it.

Can you see my whole family in one trip?

Yes. Tell us how many of you are coming and we will put you in consecutive chairs where we can.

Lake Forest households are the largest in this part of Orange County, averaging 2.81 people. That is rarely one person booking one appointment. It is usually a parent trying to get two or three people seen without losing a whole day.

What about the children and teenagers?

Roughly a fifth of Lake Forest is under eighteen. The whole city sits in one school district, so the calendar is the same for everybody. We work around it rather than against it.

• Sealants and preventive care for children. This is the cheapest dentistry you will ever pay for.
• Orthodontic assessment for teenagers. Treatment when the timing is right, rather than as early as possible.
• Wisdom teeth, assessed properly before anyone suggests removing them.
• Knocked-out and broken teeth. A city with a 62,000 square foot skatepark and an 86 acre sports park generates dental emergencies.

What about the adults and grandparents?

Lake Forest is not only young. Around one in seven residents is over sixty-five. That work is a real part of what we do.

• Dental implants, including All-on-4 and full arch treatment.
• Dentures, relines and implant-secured dentures.
• Periodontal care, which is what decides whether teeth are kept into later life.
• Crowns, bridges and fillings placed decades ago that are now failing at the edges.

We take a full set of records. We tell you honestly what needs attention now and what does not. You then have somewhere to call when something breaks on a Sunday night.

That applies whether you have landed in The Meadows, Baker Ranch or anywhere else in the city.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian, Humana, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare and other major PPO plans, and the Delta Dental, Guardian and MetLife HMO plans (full list).

Call with your carrier name, member ID and group number. We will check your coverage before your first visit rather than after it.

What will it cost?

For anything past an exam and cleaning you get a written estimate first, itemized. It shows what your plan is expected to pay and what it leaves you.

If that is more than you want to pay at once, there is third party financing through Cherry, CareCredit, Sunbit and Happen Bank. The practice is not the creditor.
