Pearl32 Dentistry and Wellness is at 24022 Calle De La Plata, Suite 450, in Laguna Hills. Three dentists work here, all of them Loma Linda graduates. The cone beam scanner, the intraoral scanner and the milling unit are all in the building, which is why most crowns are fitted the same day and implants are planned from a scan taken in the chair. The practice opened in this plaza in 1994 and has not moved. Equipment has changed a great deal since then. The 3D cone beam scanner replaced the flat x-ray for implant planning, digital scanning replaced the tray of impression material, and the in-house mill replaced the two-visit crown. What has not changed is that treatment is planned and finished by the same dentist who started it.

Dr. Rezaei earned his DDS at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he is now an Assistant Professor. He practices general dentistry here and teaches there, and he tends to talk through a case the way he would with a student: what is happening, what the choices are, and what each one asks of you.
Dr. Jahedmanesh trained at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry as well, and holds a certificate in prosthodontics from UCLA, the discipline concerned with replacing missing teeth and rebuilding worn ones. He practices as a general dentist, having come to clinical work from a background in scientific research, and much of his chair time goes to implants, full arch cases and the larger restorative plans.
Dr. Ardeshirzadeh earned a DDS at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, the same school the rest of the team came through. The work is everyday general dentistry: exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and the steady care that keeps small problems from turning into big ones.
