Most crowns are designed, milled and fitted in a single visit, because the mill is in our building. Implants are planned from a 3D cone beam scan taken here in the chair. Street parking is free, there are free spaces behind the building, and Suite 450 is reached by lift.

Six areas of care, one building

Implant Dentistry

A titanium post replaces the root and a crown goes on top. Planning starts with a 3D cone beam scan taken here. One tooth, or a full arch.

General Dentistry

Exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns and extractions. The crown is milled in our own lab, so most are fitted at the same visit.

Orthodontics

Clear aligners and braces for crowding, gaps and bites that do not meet. Most aligner cases run six to eighteen months.

Endodontics

Root canal treatment when the nerve inside a tooth has died or become infected. A cone beam scan maps the canals first.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Veneers, bonding and whitening for the teeth that show. You see and approve a trial smile before anything is prepared.

Periodontics

Gum disease is the most common reason adults lose teeth. Treatment starts with measured pocket depths and a deep cleaning.

The membership plan, for people without insurance

If you do not have dental insurance, the membership plan covers your cleanings and exams for one annual fee and reduces the cost of other treatment. No deductibles, no waiting periods, no claim forms. You pay the office directly.

Crowns are designed on screen and milled here, so most are fitted the same day instead of over two visits with a temporary in between.

A written estimate first

For anything past an exam and cleaning you get the cost in writing, line by line, showing what your plan is expected to pay and what it leaves you.

Eight months ago they said I needed $4300 worth work, blow it off, and came back and received a $2600 plan for two crowns. Went for a second opinion and $495. So reported them fraudulent with Delta Dental who covered my needs for 33 years. Wouldn't take my dog to Pearl 32

Dr. Masih took great care of me when he worked at a practice closer to where I live. When I found him again, I had already done about 3 years of consistent dental work with him. His bedside manner, thoroughness, and professionalism is stellar! I trust everything he recommends and it's obviously working because I get endless compliments on my teeth day in and out. Dr. Masih is now 2 hours away from me and worth it! I came in today for a teeth cleaning and updated xrays. Got really good results with only a tiny bit of additional help needed. Formerly Flora Stenger's office, Pearl32 still has all the great staff and excellent care that you'd come to expect from them after over 20 years of service.  I've been going to them since I was a child and will continue to go to them as long as I live in California. I drive up from San Diego just to go to them!

About the practice

Pearl32 Dentistry and Wellness has been in the same Laguna Hills plaza since 1994. Dr. Nojan Jahedmanesh earned his DDS at Loma Linda University and holds a certificate in prosthodontics from UCLA, and practices as a general dentist. Most patients come from Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods Village, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Lake Forest.

Are you taking new patients?

Yes. Call (949) 830-0074 or use the contact form. Tell us if you are in pain and we will find you a time today.

What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Where exactly are you?

24022 Calle De La Plata, Suite 450, Laguna Hills. Street parking is free, there are free spaces behind the building, and Suite 450 is reached by lift.

Do you take my insurance?

Most major PPO dental plans, plus Delta Dental HMO. Call with your carrier, member ID and group number and we will check your coverage before you come in.

What happens at a first visit?

An exam, x-rays if you do not have recent ones, and a conversation about what you want fixed. Allow about an hour.

Can I bring x-rays from another dentist?

Yes. Send or bring them and we will not repeat them unnecessarily. Most are still usable for about a year.

I am nervous about the dentist. What then?

Say so when you book. We go slower, explain each step before it happens, and stop whenever you raise a hand.
