Where exactly is the office?

Suite 450, 24022 Calle De La Plata, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. Street parking is free and there are free spaces behind the building. The parking structure charges, so most people skip it. Suite 450 is reached by lift. There are no stairs between the car and the chair. The complex sits close to the I-5, so the run in from the freeway is short. There are places to eat within walking distance, which helps if you are waiting for someone. Laguna Woods Village residents. The Village bus stops in this.

Question 2

Which parts of Laguna Hills do patients come from?

Across the city. Nellie Gail Ranch, Moulton Ranch, Aliso Meadows, Indian Creek, Alicia Knolls, Acacia Knolls, Rancho Monterey, Meredith Hills, Stratford Ridge and Bella Vista. Nellie Gail Ranch is the largest of them. It has its own Equestrian Center, Tennis Club and Swim Center, and it sits at the north end of the city off Moulton Parkway. We have not published a drive time for each neighborhood, because we would be guessing at it. Laguna Hills is a small city. Call the office and we will tell.

Do I have to leave the city for any of this?

Almost never. The equipment that usually sends a patient somewhere else is in this building. A 3D cone beam CT scanner. Every implant case is planned from a scan taken here. A digital intraoral scanner. It replaces the tray of impression material. An in-house CAD/CAM milling unit. It is why most crowns are fitted in one visit instead of two. Root canals, gum treatment, clear aligners and veneers are done here as well.

What happens at a first visit?

An exam, x-rays if you do not have recent ones, and a conversation about what you want fixed. Allow about an hour. Bring your insurance card, or just the carrier name and member ID. If another dentist has recent x-rays of you, send them across. We will not repeat them unnecessarily.

What will it cost?

That depends on which teeth are involved and how much has to be rebuilt. For anything past an exam and cleaning you get a written estimate first, broken down line by line. It shows what your plan is expected to pay and what it leaves you. We accept most major PPO dental plans, and we accept Delta Dental HMO. Without dental insurance, there is a membership plan that covers cleanings and exams for one monthly fee. It is not insurance. For larger treatment there is third party financing through.

I chipped a tooth this morning. Can you see me today?

Who will I actually see?

One of three dentists. Dr. Masih Rezaei, DDS. Dr. Nojan Jahedmanesh, DDS. Dr. Maneli Ardeshirzadeh, DDS. All three earned their DDS at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. All three practice as general dentists. The one who starts your case is the one who finishes it. One thing worth knowing. This is a general practice, not a specialty office. Some complex surgical cases genuinely belong with a specialist. When that is the right call we will tell you so rather than take the case, and we will say who to see.
