The communities closest to us

Laguna Woods and Laguna Woods Village

Four minutes away, and the closest city to us by a wide margin. More than 18,000 people live in Laguna Woods Village and there is no dental practice inside the community, so everyone leaves the gates to see a dentist. The Village resident bus comes to our plaza every day the service runs, which is why we hold appointments inside the bus window for residents. Most of what we see from the Village is implants, dentures, denture relines and periodontal care. There is a page written specifically for Laguna Woods Village with the bus details and how Medicare Advantage dental benefits work.

Mission Viejo

Seven minutes, and the closest large city to us. Mission Viejo is well served for routine dentistry, so the patients who come to us from there are usually after something specific: implants, a full-arch case, a denture that has never fitted properly, or a second opinion on a treatment plan that felt rushed.

Lake Forest

Eight minutes up El Toro Road. Families book together here more than anywhere else we see, so if you want three or four people in consecutive chairs on the same morning, say so when you call and we will build the morning around it. There is a Lake Forest page with more detail.

Aliso Viejo

Also eight minutes. Aliso Viejo skews younger and working, which is why our 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. slots matter more to patients from there than to anyone else. A cleaning before work does not have to cost you the morning. More on the Aliso Viejo page.

Laguna Niguel

Fourteen minutes on surface streets, with no freeway involved at all, which is the part people are usually surprised by. Implants, All-on-4 and dentures are the bulk of what we see from Laguna Niguel. The Laguna Niguel page covers the route and the treatment.

Coming from further out

Fifteen to twenty-five minutes is a real commitment for a cleaning, and we would not pretend otherwise. Patients who make that drive are almost always coming for one of these:

  • Implant and full-arch work. Dr. Jahedmanesh holds a certificate in prosthodontics from UCLA, which is the discipline concerned with replacing missing teeth. It is not training most general dentists have, and it is the usual reason someone drives past closer offices.
  • Dentures that actually fit. New dentures, relines, and implant-secured dentures for people tired of adhesive and movement.
  • A same-day emergency. We keep slots open for them, so distance matters less than whether anyone can see you today. See what to do in the first hour.
  • A second opinion. Particularly on large treatment plans, where an honest opinion about what can wait is worth the drive.

That applies to patients coming from Laguna Beach and Irvine at about fifteen minutes, San Juan Capistrano at fourteen, Tustin at eighteen, Dana Point at twenty, San Clemente at twenty-two, and Newport Beach at twenty-five.

What we do here

General, restorative, surgical and root canal treatment all happen in this office, so most cases finish in the same building rather than being referred on.

This practice has been caring for the Laguna Hills community since 1994. Dr. Nojan Jahedmanesh earned his dental degree at Loma Linda University and holds a certificate in prosthodontics from UCLA. He practises as a general dentist. Pearl32 was featured in South County Magazine in September 2025.

Questions people actually ask

Which cities does Pearl32 Dentistry and Wellness serve?

We are in Laguna Hills and we regularly see patients from Laguna Woods, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Irvine, San Juan Capistrano, Tustin, Dana Point, San Clemente and Newport Beach. Every one of those is inside twenty-five minutes by road.

Is there a dentist near Laguna Woods Village?

Yes. We are 1.4 miles from the Village, about four minutes, and the Village resident bus comes to our plaza. There is no dental practice inside the Village itself, so residents have to leave the gates either way, and we are the shortest trip out.

How far is Pearl32 from Mission Viejo?

About 3.1 miles, roughly seven minutes by car.

Can I be seen the same day for a dental emergency?

Usually yes. We keep same-day slots open for emergencies. Call (949) 830-0074, describe what has happened, and the front desk will find you a time.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We accept most PPO dental plans. Bring your card or read us the plan name over the phone and we will check what it covers before you commit to anything. For any treatment beyond a routine visit you get an itemised written estimate first, showing what your plan is expected to pay and what it will leave you.

What if I do not have dental insurance?

Ask about the membership plan when you call. It was built for patients without insurance and it covers routine care for a flat monthly fee.

Does Medicare cover dental work?

Original Medicare covers no routine dental care, which catches a lot of people by surprise. Many Medicare Advantage plans do include a dental benefit, and those benefits vary a great deal between plans in both what they cover and what they cap each year. Read us the plan name and we will check it before you commit.

What are your opening hours?

Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you offer dental implants?

Yes, including single implants, implant bridges, All-on-4 full-arch treatment and implant-secured dentures. Dr. Jahedmanesh holds a certificate in prosthodontics from UCLA, the area of dentistry concerned with replacing missing teeth.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking in the building’s own lot, plus free street parking nearby. There is also a paid parking structure if you prefer it.

Come and talk to us first
