From the La Paz Road and Moulton Parkway side of Laguna Niguel we are about nine minutes away, and you never touch the freeway to get here. If you have reached the stage where the drive matters as much as the dentistry, that is the sentence worth reading twice.

Surface streets the whole way

Take Moulton Parkway or Alicia Parkway north, then Paseo de Valencia. No merging onto the I-5, no Crown Valley interchange, roughly four and a half miles. There is free parking in our building’s own lot and free street parking nearby, with no meters to feed. There is a paid parking structure as well if you would rather use it.

If you live on the coastal side of Laguna Niguel, around Ocean Ranch or Golden Lantern, we are honestly a longer trip, closer to seventeen minutes with the freeway involved. Worth knowing before you book, particularly for treatment that needs several visits.

The dentistry Laguna Niguel actually needs

Laguna Niguel has the oldest median age of any city near us, a little over forty-seven, and more than one resident in five is over sixty-five. Households are small. That shapes what good dentistry looks like here, and it is not the same as what a young family needs.

Replacing teeth properly

  • Single dental implants and implant-supported bridges
  • All-on-4 and full-arch treatment, where a whole arch is carried on a small number of implants
  • Dentures, relines when the fit has changed, and implant-secured dentures for people tired of adhesive
  • Replacing crowns and bridges placed decades ago that are now failing

Keeping what you have

  • Periodontal care and gum maintenance, which is what decides whether teeth are kept
  • Root decay, which behaves differently from the cavities you had at thirty and is far more common once gums recede
  • Dry mouth caused by medication, which quietly accelerates everything else

Fuller detail sits on our dental implants and periodontics pages, and we see a lot of the same work from Laguna Woods Village.

Why the training matters here

Dr. Nojan Jahedmanesh, DDS earned his dental degree at Loma Linda University and holds a certificate in prosthodontics from UCLA. Prosthodontics is the area of dentistry concerned with replacing missing teeth: crowns, bridges, dentures and implants. For the work above it is the most relevant training there is, and most general dentists do not have it. He practises as a general dentist.

If dental visits have become something you put off, say so when you book. We offer sedation, and we have had that conversation many times before.

Knowing the cost before you agree to anything

We accept most PPO dental plans. For anything beyond a routine visit you get a written estimate first, itemised, showing what your plan is expected to pay and what it leaves you. Implant treatment in particular should never be agreed to without that on paper.

Come and get a second opinion

A good number of the people we see from Laguna Niguel arrive holding a treatment plan from somewhere else and wanting to know whether it is reasonable. That is a perfectly sensible thing to ask for. Bring it in, and you will get an honest answer about what needs doing, what can wait, and what does not need doing at all.
