How a consultation with him runs

Plan on about an hour for a first implant or reconstruction consultation. The visit starts with your medical history and what you want fixed, in your words. Then an examination, digital x-rays and, for implant planning, a cone beam scan. He goes through the images with you on the screen and names the options, including the one that costs the least and the one that does the least to your remaining teeth.

You leave with the plan in writing, itemized, with the stages and the timing. Nothing is scheduled until you have seen that document. Beyond the chair

Dr. Jahedmanesh is also the founder of EnamelAI, a dental software startup in Irvine building AI tools for dental practices. That work is separate from Pearl32.
